VIP PLAYERS CLUB

The trip Prize is a four-day, three-night trip for the prizewinners (each a “Prizewinner”) and (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to occur on or about Summer 2022 and is subject to change without prior notice.

Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport, within the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);

All ground transfers between McCarran International Airport and the assigned destination hotel, if applicable, and if necessary, to/from SGI-hosted events;

One (1) double occupancy accommodations (room and room tax only) at a 3-star or better hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, for three (3) nights;

One thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money, for the Trip Prize Winner, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date;

Admission to the EVERLASTING MILLION CHALLENGE™ (the CHALLENGE) theater/venue for the PrizeWinner and guest, and the PrizeWinner, or duly authorized proxy, shall have one (1) chance to participate in the CHALLENGE to win a cash prize from one thousand dollars ($1,000) up to a lifetime prize of one million dollars ($1,000,000) a year as further described in the EVERLASTING MILLION CHALLENGE™ Official Contest Details.

The Prizewinner’s guest may sit with the Prizewinner but will not be eligible to be a participant in the CHALLENGE unless the guest has been appointed as the Prizewinner’s proxy;

You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in the CHALLENGE. State of Nevada rules for certain venues in Las Vegas prohibit persons under twenty-one (21) years of age to enter their facilities unless accompanied by a person twenty-one (21) years of age or older. If you are unable to participate because of age or for any other reason, a proxy will be designated;

The Prizewinner will be provided the opportunity to appoint a proxy or a proxy shall be appointed. Proxy rules are outlined below. Proxy selections are subject to the following:

• Any Trip Prize Winner under the age of twenty-one (21) may designate a proxy who must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Such designation must be made to TLC, in writing, not less than ten (10) weeks prior to the CHALLENGE.
• If the Prizewinner elects to appoint a proxy, that proxy cannot be modified or changed by the Prizewinner. If the proxy appointed by the Prizewinner is revoked or unable to serve, for any reason whatsoever, a substitute proxy shall be appointed by MDI;
• Any Prizewinner under the age of twenty-one (21) may attend the CHALLENGE if accompanied by his or her designated proxy into the State of Nevade and at all times throughout the trip;
• Prizewinners shall be required to comply with the Department of Homeland Security’s REAL ID program and all other programs to attend the Event. For more information, please see: https://www.dhs.gov/real-id;
• Prizewinners will be mailed the official Event details (the “Event Details”) concerning the CHALLENGE prior to their departure;
• A player may not win more than one (1) Trip Prize per EVERLASTING MILLION Second Chance Drawing;

The EVERLASTING MILLION CHALLENGE™ is administered by MDI Entertainment, LLC and Scientific Games International, Inc. Any questions regarding the CHALLENGE, including questions regarding the assignment of proxies, prize payments, and tax liability or withholding for cash prizes, should be directed by MDI Entertainment, LLC at 1-800-201-0108. Participation in the CHALLENGE may be subject to other local, state, and federal laws, including the laws of the State of Nevada.
