VIP PLAYERS CLUB
To participate in the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Muscle Car Money Second-Chance Drawings, you must be a member of the Pennsylvania Lottery VIP Players Club. Tickets may only be entered online. Any mailed entries for the Muscle Car Second-Chance Drawings will be disqualified. Any non-winning $5 Muscle Car Money (PA-1097) ticket is eligible to be submitted for entry via this website.
The Muscle Car Prize winner for each drawing will have the option to choose:
- A 2014 Chevrolet® Camaro® 1SS™ with a 6.2 Liter V8 engine (coupe or convertible); or
- A 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T Classic with a 5.7 Liter V8 HEMI® VVT engine; or
- A 2014 Ford Mustang GT with a 5.0 Liter 4V Ti-VCT V8 engine (coupe or convertible)
Ten (10) Cash Prize winners will be chosen at each drawing.
Non-winning entries from the first drawing will NOT be transferred to the second drawing.
